Scribble pages for kids
We had a Bible turned in to Lost and Found the other day. As I looked through it, I found a piece of scribble paper from another church. It said on it, “Scribble Card for Little (denominational name).” Very funny, i thought.
Two things hit me when I read it:
1) It struck me as odd that they would call the kid a “Little (demoninational name).” I know it sounds cute, but it just sounds wierd to me.
2) I’m glad our kids are not having to be bored in church at OLC. We have a killer Kid’s environment where they can learn about Jesus in a way they understand. At every kid’s age our goal is to lead them from where they are to where God wants them to be. No scribble pads for Little Oak Leafers.
