NJ Question #2
Here’s another interesting question from one of my former students that moved to NJ recently.
“Have you heard of Baptist churches that do not baptize? We just learned this about a church we are visiting and are not happy with that. Just wondering if you had heard of that before. We are now looking for another church. “
I told her a Baptist church that does not baptize would be like Chick-fil-a only serving hamburgers (which they do, by the way, at certain locations like Dwarf Houses and Truett’s Grill. Don’t tell the cows; they might go on strike!).
I also speculated that some churches up north must want to disassociate themselves with churches from the south.
