A Stint in Africa
Tonight, one of my former students, Bobby Russell, flys out to Africa for a six month mission trip in Kenya. He is going with 410 Bridge. From what I understand he will be working and teaching in an orphange. Should be a HUGE challenge and growth opportunity for Bobby. He was always involved in our mission trips in the youth group at my former church. I know God is going to use him in a great way while he’s there. Pray for him if you think about it. He’ll be back at the end of September.
I am very proud of Bobby and his willingness follow Christ to the ends of the earth to minister in His name. Click here to read his blog entry called “Count Me In,” which he wrote yesterday as he prepared to leave on this life-changing journey today.
